The Cell
A reserved production capacity — human and agentic.
A development team, augmented and reserved for a year: human skills, AI models, a dedicated machine and a secured production method. Progressively transferable to your own team.
What you reserve
A dedicated agentic capacity. A machine sized for the need, running in our environment by default — on your premises as a security option. Local models by default; an external model only if you explicitly allow it. A capacity extension can be mounted and made available in days, not quarters.
The people who built the method. The first Cell is operated by its founder; the first contracts finance a team trained on the method. The human staffing actually assigned to your contract is stated in your proposal — continuity rests on the versioned method, documentation, tests and a reversibility plan, not on one person's presence.
A production method. Task preparation, acceptance criteria, model and tool assignment, human review proportionate to risk, traces, measurement of results and rework.
A security frame. No general access to your systems: every read or action capability is explicitly allowed, limited and logged. Tools with external effects are never in the default set.
A path to autonomy. After the first year you choose: keep a Cell managed by us, or progressively take over with your own referents. The choice is not imposed at the start.
Two modes

Every Cell starts supervised. The supervised phase is not a toll on the way to the real thing — it is where the method is transferred, and it is priced accordingly.
Measured, monthly
A Cell reports what it consumed and what came of it: human days and their object, tasks proposed, completed, accepted, refused or blocked, models and tools used, human rework, and — where comparison is possible — the reference cost of a conventional delivery. A task counts when it is accepted under agreed rules, not when a model produced an answer.
Pricing
A Cell is priced by configuration, mode and reserved human days — as an annual subscription, not a day rate and not an outcome fee. There is no public price list yet: the configuration conversation is short, and it is the honest way to quote.
